Works for a start-up called Decisio in the Medical Center (Houston) with 4 developers 2 executives and a handful of investors. Before joining the health industry Eloy worked for one of the biggest Web Marketing Associations in Houston named -at the time- Schipul where he made significant contributions to Tendenci; An open source membership management application used by associations like the World-Health-Organization, Reliant Park, and the Houston Zoo.
