PostgreSQL 9.4's "jsonb" Document Store

I will give an intro to PostgreSQL's "jsonb" JSON document store; how it compares to MongoDB; guidelines for choosing between SQL-only, SQL+jsonb, and MongoDB; and using it from Python.
